After completing a competitive analysis and a mental model we established member personas and set about user interviews for the testing of the apps exisiting and research orientated new features.
New features
Creation of an app sold to casinos using SGames "play 4 fun" backend system, integrated within a tailor-made front-end shell. One new feature gave member users the ability to keep playing anywhere on the casino premises with use of a system intergrated Ipad app. This feature would freeze the physical machine whilst the user continued where they left off on the Ipad including existing credit andfeatures.
